time whizzes past you real quickly. its time to wear the nj uniform that i so do not want. i prefer the yellow banana gang! haha. mr tiew wore yellow today and joined us! haha.monday:
today was our only day of our 'orientation'. and some orientation it was. listening to talks and getting scolded for staying in the canteen for so long. but this time it was different. i was 'listening' to them with friends! (: unlike the first day of school. after the talks was the time to choose our subject combination. as usual, dsa students had to go to another com lab, away from the class. i was staring blanky at the computer screen when i had to choose whether i wanted 3H2 + 1H1 or 4H2. i don't know whether it was peer pressure or just wanting to make my a level cert look better (also a reason given by friends to take H2 econs), i chose the 4H2 option. but julie siewmei and deniece stayed in H1. there's the possibility of a separation of the class. school for me ended at around 11, but i had to wait for ben soe-na and alicia cause we were going to soe-na's house to watch movies. i wanted to watch brokeback mountain but the rest kept on insisting that it was wrong, so we ended up watching some princess show that made soe and alicia envious of hilary duff. hahaha. i went back to school for swimming training but it was cancelled. i could have gone home at 11 instead!
tuesday:
today the 2nd intakers have their last day of orientation. so the ogls from my class didn't come for lessons. they could skip the bio test! haha. luckily roman lent me his bio mcq tutorial questions (last year's) for my reference. some people said i cheated. did i really cheat? i just wanted to see how the a level mcqs looked like. there was no chem today, so we could all go and join the 2nd intakers for mass dance. haha. so fun! reminded me of the fun that i had early this year without stress.
wednesday:
the 2nd intakers joined us for lectures. some were very enthu until they wore the nj uni already. highlight of today was signing up for our activities for our enrichment week. i didn't go for chem tutorials with some of the rest so that we could queue up for wakeboarding. and later, we bumped into ms aw who gave us something like a scolding. i didn't feel very guilty though. i wonder why. maybe its because i didn't skip any other lessons. you can say that i'm devoid of feelings cause my reaction is different from the rest. anyway, back to the hussle of choosing our activites. 11 of us from 06s07 are going to wakeboard with mr chee! haha. also to learn about the history of mtvs and how to boat handle. the girls are also going for their lingerie talk. haha. actually we wanted to go for the moe adventure thing too. but it was in the hall and we queued up at the sanctuary. i think its wrong for them to change the venue like that. wasted precious time. i went for training later. it was my first training with the coach and i would say that he's very effective. i feel that that was the first training that i felt that i trained. haha. but my freestyle's still shit.
today:
most of the H2 econs people didn't come today. perharps i feel like fishball too. watched a chinese movie for chinese today. it was heart-rendering. the story was about a boy who's a violin prodigy. too bad we didn't get to finish the movie.
