a summary of the week.tuesday:
slept for only one hour the day before. so i was literally a zombie when school started. i imagine how the scene at ac would be like. everybody meeting up together and walking in. whereas i would be the only yellow among all the whites in nj. haha. i was in og 16. i sort of made friends with this guy called bryan from st pats. the whole day was just talks and talks and mock lectures and mock lectures. haha. at least the mock lectures were optional. so i skipped some and mingled with my ogls. they're great ogls. roman and dismas made the mass dance. nani and aini are super funny. and chunlong is gay. hahaha. the worst thing was that i had choir which ended at 8. my mind shut down at the end of the orientation making choir irritating. on the bus home i wanted to collapse and i still needed to meet michael to pass him my uniform. in the end i think God gave me strength and i perservered until 9pm. slept immediately.
wednesday:
refreshing! had uni talk today. smu portrayed itself as a hip and cool school. haha. think i would go to nus' dentistry. more mock lessons. skipped them. choir today too. how sickening. i can't wait for swimming to start. then i can pon. i thought nobody would go for the parents seminar. to my surprise, so many parents went. how scary. moreover, no formal letter was given. that shows how 'guai' nj students are. bleargh. i think i did pole dance today for a forfeit. i was looking at roman do the chop chilli chop moves and i guess i was intrigued, thus i missed my turn. how embarassing. yuxing from mgs saw! cherlynn and stella knew later! pity me! haha. i'm really glad to have known people already. i mean, at least i'm not really alone. plus, i've got primary school friends.
thursday:
chose my combi today. bio chem maths at h2 and econs h1. that was my first choice. and since i just missed the cut-off point for nj science by one point, i could only choose 10 units instead of 11 units. but anyway, i wouldn't want to take so many subjects. luckily i didn't go for the ki test. i think was horrendous. i saw the question paper of the test that bryan went for. it was insane. maybe my academic capabilities are not up to his standard. anyway, he passed the test and is taking ki. congrats! (:
what shocked me was that i had a second option of my combi in case my first choice wasn't successful. i panicked. because i didn't have a back-up plan. i prayed, and i chose bio chem econs h2 and maths h1. maths and econs swopped places. oh yes. nj's com labs are so old! the coms and mouses are discolouring to a shade of yellow. yuck. it was talks and talks next. the new pe attire is nice. dri-fit.
crashed ac later. saw their ac spirit while they were cheering. it was called mass rally i think. God provided a double rainbow that spread across the sky over the sports complex (they were at the grandstand). it was a good experience. met all my friends!!!! (: and they prayed before leaving. i miss being in a christian school. waited for about 1 hour for them to finish bathing then we were off to sam's farewell party at serangoon. didn't know zr was going to move there. i think when the house is properly renovated, it would look great. when we reached the house. it was pitch black, other than the torchlights which illuminated only the corners of the house. there was a small buffet at the entrance. the house was filled with people. mostly sam's friends. haha. took half an hour to say our goodbyes. hugged and all. but he's coming back in may. so, he's not gone forever. cabbed back home with jeremy and danielle. ac's orienation tshirt so rocks la! nj's shirt, in my opinion, is ruined by the font used for "stalia estrellas".
gonna miss everyone i saw today. oh yeah. daniel kong talked to me for the first time in umpteen years at ac today.
friday:
og 16 lunch day! but first, we had to endure a student development talk, then a session of mass dance. "upside down" was the song for was today's mass dance. i hate the steps which is like hip-hop dancing. there's no space to do whatever on the floor. lunched at serene centre macs with my og. had a great time interacting with them.

hahaha. then there was choir. so i had to go back to nj. ended at 9pm. totally outrageous! if it was some other day, i wonder how the seniors do their homework. i shan't complain.
saturday:
went all the way to hougang to meet nat. she owed me a treat at bliss so i didn't mind going all thee way there. hahaha. her rooms nice! very big. had all the fried stuff at bliss. i think i gained back the 2 kg that i lost this week. hahaha. thanks alot nat! (:
today:
for the second time, daniel talked to me. he had his hands all over me when he spoke to me. so qing1 qie4. lol. after church, went to west view primary school to collect my edusave scholarship. i was extremely elated when i saw '500 dollars' written on the cheque. i saw danielle and passed her the letter that dorea passed to me 3 months ago. oops. i also saw peiyi. took the same bus as her while going home.
conclusion:
it has been raining non-stop these few days. please bring along an umbrella when you go out.
also, if your mouth is itching for something sticky and chewy and sweet, come and buy mochi from me! red bean, green tea, peanut and yam. the first 2 flavours are the best. come and buy! 10 bucks for 5 boxes. $2.40 for 1 box. 1 box has 4 mochis and all 4 must be the same flavour.
