hey everybody! i'm back. alot has happened during the duration in which i didn't blog. i shall put the events in importance.1. i lost a best friend in class; just because i said "even if you don't get disfigured in a car accident, children will laugh at you". i said it because he first said "i would get disfigured in a car accident and children would laugh at me". since then (it happened a week before the hols) , i've been given the cold shoulder; even though i sit with him in like all the lessons. i apologised and the reply i got back was "i'll remember it for life" or something like that. i'm truly saddened. and of course i hope that i'll be friends with that person again. i try to do something. but it feels that i'm trying to help a bgr relationship so i abort what i want to do. funny... i don't know what to do..
2. choir elected a new com during the choir camp (16-17 june) which was damn fun. i got the "mr sexy voice" award. haha. i got my belated birthday present cum farewell (?) present from the basses or in particular andy. thanks so much! luckily my butt wasn't pain. if you guessed it, it was boxes of g's and undies. hahah.. anyway, the choir's practicing for the esplanade choral presentation in which we were selected for due to our gold with honours (yay!) but its alot of hard work. especially for us sec 4s. oh ya. band people who are interested to watch njc band concert on 10 july ($10, vch) can ask me. see, dorea, i helped you advertise. haha. back to the choir com, i still think there's something wrong with it. anyhow, its chosen.
3. my church's youth sunday was yesterday. i'm glad to have friends like ivan, dorea, malvin and barnabas. thanks for always being there, if not i'd forever be pissed with the "cool" gang which is made up of acs and mgs freaks.
4. i applied for njc and hcjc through dsa (choir). my instructor ms lim, said that i have high chances of getting into nj. i've been deceiving myself and everybody that i've been accepted into nj already. so sorry! the letters will come before 12 july. hope i'll get a letter! the date is nearing. yesterday i met jiahan in church. he told me to go to acjc. i've decided that if i don't get through dsa, i go to acjc. there's chapel and devotion in ac, which i'll miss so much if i go into nj or hc.
5. i've taken my chinese o's written paper and oral. they actually asked about singapore idol! hope i can get an a1 (: for oral, i was the first in my level to take it. everybody said i'll set the standard. haha. i hope i do.
6. people say that i'm a hypocrate. i say i don't study when i actually do, then i get good results. i say that's utter rubbish. i really study last minute. i'm not like someone in my class who studied like mad during the june holidays. i find that freaky. whoever completed the amaths homework? omg. ya. and matthew had a fractured hip. too bad i wasn't there to see his literal downfall. hahaha. just joking. if you see this, please get well soon! i want a chem, bio, physics prac partner! i can't handle stuff by myself!
